GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
MOLYSLIP MEP Soluble Cutting Oil Supplement contains high proportions of emulsifying agents,
EP anti-weld additives and a stable soluble molybdenum compound. The stability of soluble oil
dilutions varies greatly and it has been found that oils containing higher proportions of emulsifiers
give the best results.

APPLICATION:
The emulsifying properties of MOLYSLIP MEP are so powerful that it stabilises conventional
soluble oils to which it is added. The typical proportion required is 5% to 20% and this can be
added either to the oil or to the aqueous dilution.
Although originally developed to fortify conventional soluble cutting oils, MOLYSLIP MEP can be
used equally well on its own, especially with more difficult metals.

These proportions can be modified to suit the severity of the actual operation/material and
weaker solutions, using up to 50% more water, will give excellent results with free cutting steels
and aluminium and its alloys.
